The Business Resource Network (BRN) provides retention services through a professional, on-location Success Coach offering unique resources to help employees reach success in their work and home lives; increasing productivity, reducing absenteeism and turnover costs while encouraging workforce development and growth. With employer contributions and donations from community partners, the Success Coach spends at least half a day every week on-location with each employer. The Success Coach is meeting with employees and providing valuable and intensive services. Services can range from referrals for mental health or legal issues to transportation, housing, or childcare needs and so much more. Success Coaches are not working with every single employee within a company but they are working with those that have barriers to continued employment, the hardest to serve. They are experts in locally available resources and are connected within the community to better assist employees with retention assistance. These efforts help employers to develop and retain their talent, while mitigating costly turnover.
